Previously, she worked as an Executive Director and fundraiser in the nonprofit sector for more than 20 years. In her first career, she was an attorney in Arizona for 10 years. Throughout her career, she has been a consultant on civic engagement and founded an e-clearinghouse for civic education organizations.
